Some of you may be aware that I have a store on CafePress (link can be found in the sidebar) where I offer some of my designs on shirts, mugs, glasses, pillows, and even a bloody Klingon teddy bear (seriously, they’re adorable. Great for gifts!)
CafePress holds licensing agreements with several companies to offer products with designs based on dozens of television and film properties. Star Trek is one of my favorite franchises of all time, and many of my designs feature it. However I realized the other day that another available property to design for happens to be the fantastic AMC production Breaking Bad. Like a madman, I began brainstorming concepts and design ideas. Like a fool, I didn’t read the entirety of the Submission Guidelines for Breaking Bad products.
No use of likenesses of the actors.
So here I sit, with a Che Guevara inspired Breaking Bad design that I can’t upload and sell on shirts and mugs and glasses and pillows and adorable teddy bears (have you ordered yours yet?) because it violates the Terms and Conditions. But that doesn’t mean everyone here has to go without at least seeing it, now does it?
